$52 pays for a mentee’s Metrocard during their stay in New York.
$30 pays for a mentee to be on the iMi platform for 1 year.
Become a monthly partner!-We understand not everyone can mentor, but your monthly sponsorship allows you to be part of our mentees’ support system. You will receive monthly updates on a mentee and have an opportunity to send letters of encouragement. Email takeaction@activecompassiontransforms.org to become a partner!

Are you a New Yorker who has the heart and desire to mentor but your schedule requires flexibility, travel, etc.?

Donate supplies - To successfully achieve our goal we want to supply The School of Hope with new computers so the mentees can stay in contact with our mentors. There are currently 3 computers for 80 students and 10 staff to share.

Make it a team effort!
ACTivate your friends, family, team, club, church, workplace, etc. by:
- Sponsoring a mentee collectively, pledge to give a monthly amount with each person taking one month.
- Sending encouraging letters/emails to a student.
- Volunteering your time during the mentee trip to NY (i.e. your group can host a dinner for them one night or join/plan an activity for them).
- Organizing an event to raise money and awareness for ACT.
- Using your gifts and talents to create designs, merchandise, or music for ACT.
